This painting is an interpretation of Rebbe Nachman of Breslove's explanation of Noah's Arc. The inner meaning of the arc relates to the Hebrew word for arc "teva" which also means "word". Therefore the deeper significance of the arc is the words of "Torah" and "tefillah" (prayer) which protect one from the deluge. Thus the arc is composed of the words "Torah" and "tefillah".
The passage that diagonally slants towards the arc reads "Tzohar make in your arc". This is what G-d commands each individual who reads this passage. Rebbe Nachman thus explores the meaning of "tzohar". Our sages speak of at least two possible meanings; one is a clear window which receives light form the outside and two, a precious stone which emits its own light. Rebbe Nachman elaborates on the second definition. He explains that this is the point of "emet emeti" (truth of truths) that each individual must tap inside. It is the inner voice or inner light that is found in the depths of the soul and is understood only by G-d, residing in realms that cannot be touched by outside judgment. This painting can be used as a meditation piece to focus on one's own "tzohar" especially during challenging times.
